In education, one size does not fit all and SoCal College Preparatory is dedicated to providing students and families with an online learning environment that can meet an individual student’s unique needs.

The school utilizes an online curriculum. All of our courses can be completed anywhere a computer and Internet access are available.  The courses include text, animations, streaming video and audio, and other engaging content.  This online content is delivered in both a synchronous and asynchronous format.

Credentialed teachers are available online, Monday through Friday, for real time one on one personalized instruction during the hours of 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pacific Time.  Students are welcome, though, to access the curriculum on their own seven days a week at any time.

Courses in all core subject areas align with California state standards.  A full complement of courses, including Advanced Placement, electives, and foreign languages are offered to students who enroll in the school.

SoCal College Preparatory's purpose is to educate each student to the highest possible level of academic achievement by providing an appropriate curriculum in the comfortable environment of your home, while allowing the flexibility for family travel plans and extracurricular activities.  We also believe in encouraging both learning and social growth through character building community service and high expectations.

·        Your child can concurrently enroll in a local community college (college fees may apply) and earn both high school credit and college credit at no extra charge from us.

·        We plan to offer a special concurrent enrollment program starting January 2011 (subject to change) in partnership with DeVry University allowing students the option to take college credit coursework and potentially graduate high school with an earned Associate’s degree from college.

·        Honors and College Board approved Advanced Placement courses are available throughout the program.

·        Students are free to pursue extracurricular interests such as athletics, performing arts, competitions, travel with family, etc.
